One of my favourite parts of this picture is her hair, particularly the orange/pink/blue gradation. It looks so beautiful, eh? XD Also, the ukiyo-e style clouds are quite a nice touch for Unohana.
The background suits Unohana-taichou very, very well. I can't help thinking that there foreground is very red-dominant, but the background is very blue. That is the only thing I would even dream of altering if this picture was mine.

I really like how you added the glow to pop her out of the background. The background style is really neat, I like it alot. That gradiation is really nice...I love the high saturation in the picture and the sunset colored highlights in her eyes...neat piece.
For these pieces I usually add that glow around them, just for that added effect. I really like that style of clouds seen in a lot of traditional Japanese art (I've even seen it in Super Mario World for SNES!). Thanks a lot! ^__^

Great use of both warm and cool tones. She looks very peaceful, and I think the colors give a warm and sort of calming effect. She practically glows!
The sky is nice, too. Well done!
