Here's Jidanbou! He's the one who guards the east gate of Seireitei in Soul Society. Although he seems to be rather fierce and intimidating, here I made him look gentle and caring.

This image was done in openCanvas version 2.24e. Finishing was done in Photoshop 5.

He is rather fierce, but has shown to be kind(sorta), and honorable(lifting the gate for Ichigo, when he was defeated).

Nice pic, didn't you just do one though?! Or have you had them done for a little while now? Either way, they've proved to be very nice! I like the backround!

Yeah, I had these done for a while heheh I had posted these before at the Bleach fanart community, kurosaki_clinic, on livejournal. I just didn't bother to upload them to dA though. Yamamoto's portrait will be the last of this batch (I had got him done yesterday), so it will probably be a day or two before I upload Byakuya's (his birthday's today).

He does look really caring in this picture. Like a big teddy bear that you can just hug. x] In any case... I love the shape of his face and his expression. Good job with those. The skin is colored beautifully, as it always is.

Wow, that's very well done!

Great job with the shape of his features overall. He looks strong, but he looks gentle as well. Lovely job with those soft colors.
